We’re all signed up for the Brink 5K.

I’m running 1.5 miles at least twice a week. Now being 28 lbs lighter than when I decided to say yes to this idea, I think I’ll be ready.
Brink 5K: The Second Annual David C. Brinkerhoff Run/Walk
Written on January 11th, 2009 by KC O'Connor
One of my goals for this year is to run a 5K. Here is the race that Jessica found for us to run on April 25th.
I’m happy to say that she will be joining me, along with Steve, Jeremy, & Jen.
Jeremy had this commentary on enrolling in the race, “Looks like our crew is finally bridging into actual productive activities.”
I’ve already spent a few hours on the treadmill. Let’s hope I can keep up the effort for the good cause.

I had not updated the blog in about a year, with the last posts being about Jessica’s summer of tasting different beers, and the leadup to our last vacation to Italy for her 30th birthday. So, with some time this weekend, I have updated the blog.
