2011 Goals – Week 3 Update

I hit 250 this week, then celebrated a little.  My goal is to weigh in next Friday at 245, and enjoy my birthday cake.

In order to meet this goal, i’m going to

  1. hit the treadmill on Monday and Wednesday mornings for at least 3 miles each day
  2. hit the bike on Tuesday and Thursday mornings for at least 6 miles each day
  3. stick to my meal plan, with no cheating
  4. drink lots of water, at least a gallon a day
